At 3D Waale, we aim to deliver your 3D printed products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of orders placed on www.3dwaale.in.

1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Since our products are custom-made, processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the order.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery
  • We currently ship across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will vary based on the delivery location, product weight, and order value.

  • Free shipping (if applicable) will be mentioned during checkout.

4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to track your package.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Events
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, 3D Waale is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or other events beyond our control.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions will be made at our discretion as per our Refund & Return Policy.

8. International Shipping
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only serve customers within India.
